Santa Monica Studio / Virtual Sessions
Like an artist, I view the human body as a body of work. Having studied fine arts and design in college, I developed an eye for symmetry and visual balance. This same ‘eye’ has aided me in my teaching over 20 years.
One-on-one training session in a fully equipped studio. A truly private experience - no other teachers or students. Sessions are 55 min and include exercises on the mat, reformer, wunda-chair, or spine corrector.
Private virtual Zoom sessions to bring your Pilates program to you. Using basic at-home items as ‘props’, as well as a recommended multi-use equipment kit including bands, balls, and ring to make exercises more achievable and fun.
Small group training for 5-10 people offered outside of the private studio. Offsites include an office setting, at an organizer’s home, or even virtually via Zoom. Props are used to provide a varied and creative pilates routine to accommodate all fitness levels.
2-3 hr private or group sessions to gain a deeper understanding of specific topics including Pilates and Golf, Pre-Natal Inner Unit Training, Core Intrinsics, Basic Back Care, and Happy Feet. Customized workshops can also be designed upon request.
