About Jolette
For as long as I can remember, I’ve always had an interest in physical fitness, yoga, and body awareness. As a trained massage therapist, I understood anatomy but it wasn’t until I was introduced to Pilates that I became fascinated with the technique for training the body.
Like an artist, I view the human body as a body of work. Having studied fine arts and design in college, I developed an eye for symmetry and visual balance. This same ‘eye’ has aided me in my teaching over 20 years.
My keen awareness of the body, deep understanding of anatomy, and acute attention to detail allows me to identify the slightest imbalance, “see” the realigned structure, and train the muscles to correct movement, placement and posture.
My work is detailed, controlled, and focused. I tailor each session to benefit the individual - because no two bodies are alike. I work with each client to develop a relationship and the trust to help facilitate their optimal physical capability. The result is therapeutic transformation; feeling better, standing taller (literally) and moving through life more confidently.
“I believe a balanced integration of art and science is necessary to create a sound and beautiful structure. The body is a living architecture. The skeletal and muscular suspension system is uniquely designed to support movement and posture; which allows me to build and sculpt the form.”

“The transition from in-person to online was seamless. I do everything else online, why not Pilates? Try it out! You won't be disappointed.”
